Our technicians are factory trained and will gladly take care of all your maintenance and repair needs for your Aprilia, Ducati, Husqvarna, KTM, Moto Guzzi, MV Agusta, or Norton. Our certified technicians can handle everything from quick oil and tire changes to building race winning superbike engines to vintage and classic restorations. With many years of racing experience we have the know-how to do a suspension set-up that will make your bike handle at its best!

FAQs

Yes, you do. For most services an appointment is required. We schedule appointments for Tuesday through Saturday. Please contact our Service Department at 619-233-4762 option #3.


We are closed Sunday and Monday. Our Service Department is open Tuesday thru Saturday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM


Our shop rate is $100.00 per hour (as of 9/1/15), plus shop supplies and hazardous waste disposal fees. GP Motorcycles is staffed with experienced, factory trained technicians and we take care to ensure that they are provided with regular educational opportunities.


We perform warranty repairs for the Brands of bikes we sell, however ALL warranty work MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE BY THE MANUFACTURER before the work can be completed. Not all repairs are covered under warranty. If a repair is required but it is NOT covered under warranty, you will be advised as to the cost and time-frame, and all repair costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Unfortunately, we do not have the space to store motorcycles for more than a week after service is completed. In the case that a bike is here for longer than THREE DAYS after the service, a $25.00 per day storage fee applies.


Usually up to two weeks (assuming the part is in stock at the Factory/Distributor).


In most cases, yes. However, please be aware that many items purchased online (from eBay, or a third party) that are sold in “used” or “as-is” condition may be damaged, incomplete, or are not covered under warranty. In addition, any performance parts purchased from our dealership and installed by a technician carry with them a two-year warranty on the part itself.


Although our dealership is closed on Sundays and Mondays, you can drop your bike off on Sunday or Monday with prior arrangement with the Service Department (by Saturday afternoon). Please call our service department to schedule an afterhours drop-off. No Sunday/Monday drop-off or pickup without prior arrangement please.


Make an appointment for your bike's Factory Scheduled Major Service or repair and we'll pick-up or drop-off your bike for a small fee. If you live within 20 miles of the shop and have made an appointment for Factory Scheduled Service or other major repair, we will pick up or drop off your bike (one-way) for as little as $40 (up to $75 depending on distance).


Yes. Are you about to purchase a European motorcycle from a private seller and want to make sure its a good deal? Schedule and appointment to bring it into GP before you buy for an evaluation. A typical evaluation takes about an hour ($90), and will give you the information you need to make the right decision.


Yes we do. Although we are factory certified to work on Ducati, Aprilia, Husqvarna, KTM, Moto Guzzi, MV Agusta and Norton, we also provide maintenance and repair services all major manufacturers, however, we are not certified for warranty work on any bikes other than our franchised brands.

VIN Check
